Zdravím,
potřebuji radu. Máme doma vegetariána a proto veškeré želatiny a ztužovače od zahraničního výrobce, jsou u nás pasé. Dřív jsem je docela úspěšně používala. Nyní se na trhu objevil výrobek naší firmy Agar. Absolutně nevím jak s ním nakládat. Je na něm uvedeno, že je na 0,5l tekutiny, to chápu, ale já potřebuji natužit směs tvarohu a šlehačky. Nevím v jakém množství Agar rozpustit, aby se mi tvarohovošlehačková směs neroztekla, nebo kolik toho Agaru dát na, dejme tomu 0,5kg tvarohu a 0,5l šlehačky, aby konzistence byla tak akorát. Nebyla jako guma, nebo netekla.
Najde se někdo, kdo má zkušenost a poradí. Předem velice děkuji za každou radu.
